Returns & Replacements
We're pretty obsessive about getting things right (just ask our quality team). We also take a lot of care packing your order. But if something's not quite what you expected, we want to know about it.
What we promise
If a Micador product isn't exactly as we promised, we'll make it right within 90 days of your purchase. No fuss, and in most cases no need to send anything back. We'll sort out a replacement or a shop credit, whatever is fair and works best.
Something not right?
Here's how it works:
1. Tell us what happened
Contact us with a few details about your order and what's gone wrong. A couple of photos help us understand the issue quickly so we can get it sorted faster.
2. We'll take a look
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days. In most cases, a photo is all we need, no need to send the product back.
3. We'll make it right
Depending on what's happened, we'll sort out a replacement or a shop credit, whatever is fair and works best. Simple as that.
A couple of things to know
We can't offer replacements or credit for change of mind (we'd suggest gifting it to someone who'll love it). But if a product hasn't performed the way it should, that's exactly what this promise is for.
